Viewing Viewings will be arranged at a time to suit you, which could be in the evenings or weekends.  Viewings will usually be accompanied by our local representative, who will be able to provide immediate advice and answer any questions you may have.
Application Having selected a property, you will need to complete a tenancy application form. At this time any details or requirements can be agreed, including occupancy date, duration of the letting, etc.
References Future-Move.com will undertake to ensure that all applicants are fully referenced behalf of the landlord. Normally. For this purpose we employ the services of a reputable and independent referencing company. Where a tenant is unable to meet the required income or credit checks, the tenant may be given the option to have a Guarantor agree to underwrite any rent liabilities.
Rent Rents are normally quoted on a calendar month basis. In addition, the tenant is normally responsible for Council Tax, Water Rates and energy costs unless stated othetwise for particular properties. Rents are payable by standing order (unless alternative arrangements are agreed in advance), monthly in advance, with the first month's rent due before taking occupation of the premises.
Deposit A deposit is required prior to occupation. This is normally equal to one months rent, but may vary. Check with your Future-Move.com representative. This deposit will be protected in accordance with  Deposit Protection legislation. The deposit is held to cover any breakages, damage, or other tenant liabilities. At the end of the tenancy, for managed properties Future-Move.com will check the property at the end of the tenancy to assess any potential damages and deductions due. The deposit cannot be used by the tenant to cover rent.
Administration/Legal Fees Prior to the start of the tenancy, a small fee maybe payable to Future-Move.com to cover the tenant's share of the Tenancy Agreement and legal notices, references and credits checks and check-in and check-out. Your local Future-Move.com office will provide you with specific details for any property.
