As promised I wanted to forward this reference to you due to the impeccable service I have received.

I am a private landlord with 8 properties who has only been exposed to the buy to let sector the past three years. In this time I have dealt with a number of estate/letting agents with mixed results. One factor was common amongst these though – poor communication.

That’s brilliant news re the tenants and viewings. I really am over the moon with how efficient you guys are.

I’d just like to say I am very impressed with how quickly you have got the ads up and the fact you have viewings for today, superb work. I would imagine my partners and I will be picking up more properties in the area over the next year and on current form I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to them.
